GuocoLand Group has won multiple awards for its residential and integrated developments. In Singapore, Sophia Residence and Goodwood Residence were awarded the Green Mark Platinum Award, the highest honour for a "green building" accorded by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 2009 and 2007, respectively. The Quartz won the BCA Certified Green Mark Award for its outstanding green features in 2006.

In China, Guoson Centre Dongzhimen received the 2007/2008 Beijing Construction Great Wall Cup Golden Medal Award and West End Point was awarded Beijing Construction Great Wall Cup Silver Medal Award. Guoson Centre Chanfeng won 4 awards - 2008 Shanghai Economized Construction Site Model Project Award; 2008 High Quality Structure Project Award; 2008 Shanghai Model Establishment Construction Site Award; and The Most Investment Potential Commercial Property at Yangtze River Delta Award.
