Important Notice

It has come to our attention that there have recently been various scams which falsely claim association with, and/or impersonate the “Guoco” and/or “GuocoLand” corporate identities, including misuse of our company logos, letterheads, e-mail addresses, staff identities, etc. Some examples of such scams are as follows:

• Purported private placement investment schemes;
• Crowdfunding initiatives;
• Claims to represent the building management, facility management or MCSTs of our properties in relation to Permit to Work, collection of security deposit or payment matters; and
• Fraudulent business-related correspondence from non-GuocoLand e-mail addresses, i.e. e-mail addresses not ending in "@guocoland.com".

Please be advised that you should always verify the authenticity of any claims using our company name/logo/identity and/or our employee identities by one or more of the following means:

• Checking with the information on our corporate website at www.guocoland.com;
• Making an e-mail enquiry through contact@guocoland.com;
• Checking with the relevant department(s) or personnel at GuocoLand or any of the GuocoLand Group’s entities.

You are strongly encouraged to stay vigilant against scams and report any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activities to the police.
